  • Deposit
For each reservation we ask for a deposit of 300 €. In case of cancellation up to 14 days before the date of arrival (see cancellation conditions) the deposit will be converted into a voucher with a validity of one year (until 30. 10. 2024).
  • Check-In / Check-Out
On the day of arrival your room will be available from 2 p.m. On the day of departure we ask you to leave your room by 11 a.m. All included services used on the day of departure after 11 a.m. and on the day of arrival before 2 p.m. will be charged.
  • Dogs
Your four-legged friend is welcome in our hotel by prior arrangement! We charge a cleaning surcharge of Euro 20.00 per day (without food) an reserve the right to charge additionally for any final cleaning required on departure. We inform our guests that the dog has no access to the entire wellness area, the garden, and the dining room and restaurant.
  • Guest Pass in Val d' Ega
Exclusively for our guests in Val d' Ega: You can use the entire local transport system in Val d' Ega and throughout South Tyrol free of charge.
  • Electric mobility - our contribution to the nature
For our guests we have installed two charging stations for e-cars in the garage.
For charging we charge the usual KW costs of Italy
  • Tourist tax
The tourist tax amounts to 3,40 € per person and night and has to be paid directly on site. Children up to the age of 14 years are exempt from the tourist tax.
  • Parking
You can park your car free of charge in our car parking and in our garage.
  • Smokers
According to Italian law, smoking is forbidden in our hotel and therefore also in our rooms. You can smoke in our smokers‘ lounge, on our terrace and on the lawn.

Cancellation conditions

  • Up to 14 days before arrival you can cancel your reservation free of charge. In this case, the deposit paid (300,00 €) will be converted into a holiday voucher with a validity of one year (until 31. 12. 2024).
  • In case of cancellation 13 to 2 days before arrival we charge 50% of the agreed daily price per booked day.
  • In case of cancellation 1 day before arrival or in case of no-show we charge 80% of the agreed daily price per booked day.
  • In case of late arrival or early departure we charge 80% of the agreed daily price per booked day.
  • For each reservation we ask for a deposit of 300 €.
  • In case of group tours of 10 people and more we reserve the right to charge 80% of the total price before arrival.
  • In accordance with the Italian Consumer Protection Codex, there is no right of withdrawal. Nevertheless, we grant you the above mentioned cancellation conditions.
  • Also in case of quarantine ordered by the authorities or if you will be tested positive of covid the above-mentioned cancellation rules will be applied.
  • If South Tyrol is classified as a high-risk area or virus variant area due to the COVID pandemic, you can cancel your holiday free of charge up to 2 days before arrival - in this case you will get your deposit refunded.

Benefits for our guests

  • Offers & packages
Dear guests, please note that you can only book one holiday package at a time. The calculation basis is the standard double room Violet. Of course, you can book all holiday packages also for other rooms – in this case, we will apply the price supplement for the booked room category to the desired package.
  • New Wellness area
Our new wellness area is open every day from 2.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. Bathrobes, bath slippers and bath towels are available in your room.
  • WiFi
Free Wifi is available in the whole building.
  • Means of payment
You can pay your hotel bill in cash (limit of € 2.999,00) by EC card or by credit card (except American Express).
