Nordic Walking – the gentle open-air sport. Gentle and harmonious, healthy and reviving - Nordic walking is a sport for all generations. The stunning natural environment all around Hotel Peter in the Dolomites with its own course is ideal for breathing in deeply and relaxing when undertaking Nordic walking.
Nordic walking is gentle endurance, strength and fitness training for the whole body. It is the ideal method for staying fit in a pleasant way and having fun whilst doing so. Peter Unterhauser, a certified Nordic walking instructor, organises weekly guided tours in our area. Participation is free as are the sticks, which we provide.
