- The prices indicated on this site are calculated per day and person.
- For a stay from 1 to 4 days we charge an additional amount of 5,00 per person and day
- For a stay of 14 days you will get 1 day for free 14 days at the price of 13!
- For a stay of 10 days we guarantee a reduction of 5%
- On the day or your arrival, the room will be available as from 2 p.m.
- On the day of your departure, the room should be vacated no later than 11 a.m.
- In the event of delayed arrived or anticipated departure, we charge 70% of the agreed price.
- For each reservation we ask for a deposit of Euro 250 to be transferred to our bank account at the Raiffeisen Bank Deutschnofen.: IBAN: IT77X0816258660000300000493; BIC: RZSBIT21006.
- In the event of a cancellation of a booking, we proceed to charge the deposit as administration fee.
- If your booking is for bed and breakfast only, Euro 10 per day and person will be detracted from the room price.
- No refund will be paid for booked services that have not been used.
- Special offers may not be booked cumulatively.
- For your pet we charge Euro 10 per day (without food).
- All newly refurbished rooms are non smoking.
- Slight deviations in the design of the rooms from the sketches are possible.
