Our guests see the excellent cuisine at Hotel Peter as a special strength of our hotel. They love the variety of our culinary creations from refined, regional cooking and dishes with Italian finesse. They particularly emphasise the taste, freshness and quality of the food, which ideally comes from high-quality South Tyrol raw ingredients, agricultural products and organic food from farmers in Nova Ponente and the surrounding area.- Large breakfast buffet from 07.30 to 10.30: home-made jam, bread from the village baker, high-quality meat and cheese products, yoghurt and muesli, local natural products, organic corner, freshly pressed fruit juices
