Our team with chef Harald Aberham is perfectely able to mix these two culinary cultures and to create something outstanding. Harald puts a major effort to use only fresh products, which grow within the region. He grew up on a Farm in Aldein and expecially his menu respects dishes regarding to the season.
Mister Stefan Gallmetzer cares about the different herbs from the garden, which he grows with a lot of loving care!
